True Story

When my mother (hi Mom!) first got email at home, sometime in the late 90's, she deleted all messages in her inbox from "hotmail.com" addresses, obviously porn spam, which she had heard so much about.

This continued until semi-recently, when I told her I'd had a hotmail account since the early 90's. And that she'd never once replied to my emails.

Sounds like your mom and my mom could be related! LOL

I remember it this way,
You were showing me something on the computer and I was horrified at all the "hotmail" in your in box and asked for an explanation. I believe I did tell you that I routinely deleted all hotmail addresses from my account. You and Elizabeth explained that it was a legit e-mail address and I believed you. Have you been pulling the wool over my eyes all these years? Love, Mom
