1. Bears are mammals.
2. Polar bears are the largest land dwelling meat eaters.
3. Bears have huge paws that they are constantly using to swipe. Without any provocation. And they can take a man's head off with one swipe.
4. Bears eat raw meat all the time. When possible, they eat meat when it's ALIVE and WHOLE. (Although bears also enjoy rare porterhouses with mashed potatoes.)
5. Bears are AWESOME.

Polar Bears are also one of the few animals know to actually hunt and stalk humans.
Bears are super cute. They should cuddle and not be so mean.
I love the polar bears at the St. Louis zoo. It was very sad when the one named Churchill died.

Bears are evil animals. They kill for fun.

kat in da hat, bears are lovely, when they are in the zoo. and since I don't plan on ever going to the Artic circle, in my mind, polar bears only live in the zoo and therefore are the best bears ever.
I'm in Chicago now, so I have to be a fan of da Bears. Polar Bears will always have a special place in my heart - they remind me of my sister's teddy bear from when she was little.

librarian pirate, now that you're in the best city in the nation, you should check out the lincoln park or brookfield zoos - they have polar bears that are cute and can't kill you because they're behind glass walls.
