So, I've been told for years that I should take vitamins. But I've never been able to force myself to take them - they're gross. They have bad texture and bad taste and bad... everything. So I've never taken them.
Then along came:
Disney Princess Vitamin Gummies.
And I found them two weeks ago, and I've been taking them faithfully. Seriously. Every day. I love gummies. If I could get all my food in gummie form, I would. And the fact that they're princess, well, so much the better. It's the perfect food: nutrition, princesses, and gummies.
And, the pinacle of health that I am, I get the flu. Bad. I ache, I'm mucus-y, I'm dizzy. People are complaining that I heavy sigh a lot.
The highlight of my workday was getting a bottle of grapefruit juice from the cafe and drinking it all in one gulp while my co-workers chanted "Chug! Chug! Chug!"
The highlight of my day would have been leaving the office at 2 because I was sick, except I brought home a full bag of files. And I worked on them from the time I got home until 8. Something isn't right about that. But then someone nice brought me comfort food and vitamin C, and now I'm going to bed.

get better soon...and have you tried the vitaball gum ball?
Damn the English pharmaceutical market. The best we could come up with was SuperTed vitamin C. Remember SuperTed? Well the vitamins were essentially orange chalk in a Teddy shape, and health still tasted like crap.
Feel better soon.
Yeah...does anyone remeber Flinstones chewable vitamins? Yeah, they're about, um, way more craptastic then I remember.
Um, also? Gummies are the best! Worms, bears, I love them all!!
At first I thought you said that you brought home a bag of 'flies'. I pictured you getting home, sick, and opening a plastic bag and a bunch of flies swarm out of it. I thought "that poor girl!" Turns out you actually said 'files'. Quite a different thing entirely.
I take Centrum chewables. They taste vile and leave a terrible aftertaste. But I feel much better when I take them, so I make myself.
Feel better soon so I can drag you out shopping at Dillard's Basement! I told the mister about the wonderful possibilities and he just rolled his eyes. Boys do NOT understand the need for shoes--he actually thinks that two pairs of black shoes is sufficient! Can you believe that?

I miss you. Come back. I'm sorry I left you when I had that whole upper respiratory infection thing, I won't ever do it again.
Hi from Michele!
I am 37 and have a 13 year old daughter. We are bad about taking vitamins. My wife bought the gummy vitamins recently and now we take them pretty faithfully!!!
We get the generic ones....*sniff*...can't afford to live it up and get the Disney ones. ;)
MY EYEBROWS ARE RANDOMLY CHANGING COLOR! ah!!!! why?!!!
love you.
This is really really funny to me!
Those are the exact same vitamins I give my two year old daughter. My son gets Flinstones though, because I'm scared that princess vitamins would make him grow up gay.
Funny... like Popps, I also thought that you look flies home. Super gross. Princess vitamins are super cute. I'm going to recommend them to my patients.
FEEL BETTER~
We love you!
I'm bad at taking vitamins too, so maybe I should try these too. I tried viactiv chocolate chews and they weren't too bad either, but princess gummies sound more like my thing.
