Let's Not Call Me Weird. Let's Just Say Quirky.

1. I can't sleep with my knees touching. I don't know why. It's always been this way.

2. I own about 15 black skirts. And they're all diffrent and necessary in their own way.

3. I love cooking and finding new recipies. And I like making things that are hard. But I really like making things that are easy but people think are hard. Basically, I like to impress, but not work to hard while I do it.

4. Grey days make me sad. And unproductive. Which is why winter in Missouri is NO GOOD for me.

5. I am the clumsiest person out there. Right now, I have a bad cut on my left pointer finger, a bruise on my left shin, a bruise on my right calf, a cut on my left thumb, an almost healed bad scrape on my right middle finger knuckle, and about 300 million scars. And I only know how I got the first two (cutting onions on friday and getting out of the shower on saturday).

6. I tell people that I'm going to name my children after drinks, and the children's sole function in life will be to make me that drink when I call their name. And my first child will be named Mojito.

Heh. Did you ever see that one movie with Natalie Portman and Ashley Judd where Ashley's character named all her kids candy? Praline, Brownie and Baby Ruth...

I love the idea of the children/drinks. Mine would be mojito too. I guess mo for short.

I couldn't do the child-drink thing... I'm not a big mojito drinker, and I don't think that naming my children Cape Cod, Dirty Martini, or Gimlet, would go over too well with their classmates when they became school-aged... Not even I am that cruel!

We would so be friends in real life. I'm with ya on 1-4. I just tripped and fell outside my house a few days ago and have bruises on both knees and four new cuts- in addition to the gash on my foot from the shower door and the one on my hand from the washing machine. My husband is in awe.

Poor little Mojito, having to take care of a drunk mother and little Cosmo, Jack, and Margarita.

Did I miss any of them?

#6 made me laugh out loud.
And. You have 15 black skirts like I have 15 pairs of blue jeans. I'm telling you... we are opposite, yet the same.

LOL, um okay well than Mojito can play with Rum & Coke anytime he or she wants too. It'll be awesome.

I have 3 kids so they can make us A LOT of drinks.

I have to sleep with a pillow between my legs, on my side. Not because I'm weird, HEY I'm NOT!, just cause it's comfy darn it.

I wish I could cook, I don't like it. I make tacos and spaghetti and that's it. I do great take-out though.

Hey black skirts are necessary.

I wish that you would go to Blogher, it would be awesome to meet you.

(I'm NOT stalking you I promise.)

Hmm, I doubt my future son would like it if I called him Pinot Noir.

I'm just as clumsy, too! Between the two of us, we could turn the world upside down.

We all know that Gwyneth stopped just short of naming her child after an alcoholic drink...

Apple Martin...i.

And not even a time-tested one. But a fruity, trendy one that only 50 year old prostitutes would order in 20 years when Apple's old enough to drink.

I'm ALWAYS running into something, so I've got all these bruises that I don't remember getting. I just assume that they're related to running in to stuff since I do it all the time, but running in to stuff is so common that it doesn't stick out in my mind. Yet one of the medicines I take can sometimes cause blood problems so the doctor always asks if I have unexplained bruises! I usually just lie and say no because I'm sure I know what caused the bruising (being klutzy!) but I just can't remember the exact incident.

I love to cook just to impress people too! Every Sunday my friends and I have a potluck dinner, and nothing makes me happier than when everyone says how much they like what I made. Feeding people is my favorite way to get attention.

If you think Missouri is bad, wait til you get to Akron! I live in Springfield, Mo now...maybe we just have sunnier days slightly further down than you. Akron: snow-cloudy, snow-cloudy, etc. This will be a repeating pattern.
