I Told You I'd Blog from New York:

Dinner, tonight, Les Halles at 411 Park Ave, the waiter is describing the special:

"Tonight we have a skirt steak, with frites and salad, which is much like a hanger steak, but more flavorful. People really enjoy the skirt steak." Whenever he says "Skirt Steak," he gestures to his sternum in a manner that suggests that the skirt steak is cut from that area, and is really the "sternum steak," and I don't like that, but I also kind of love that, so I order it.

Now if only we could get that sternum steak to stick to your sternum... We need to work on that.

Skirt steak is from around the butt of the animal...
never eat it!!
