How To Make Marcia Pizza

1. Start with Pillsbury Pizza Crust. Bake it, etc.

2. Chop vegetables. Don't cut finger. Differentiate between objectional and non-objectionable vegetables. (I'm really bad at the second part of this step.)

3. Spread pesto over the baked crust. Sprinkle red pepper flakes and garlic over the top.

4. Distribute universally loved vegetables (in this case, onions and red peppers - I've used all sorts of veggies on this).

5. Distribute objectional vegetables (I don't like banana peppers, and Matt hates fungus.).

6. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Note: this is not a heart healthy Marcia Pizza. That's 2 cups of cheese.

7. For some unknown reason, sprinkle the male side with Feta cheese. I still don't understand this.

8. Cover male side with Random Italian Meat. The RIM this time is Coppa, but I've used proscuitto, salami, anything.

9. Scatter pine nuts over the top. YUM!

10. Bake.

And Enjoy! With wine.

Mmm. If it wasn't so technically healthy, I'd totally go for it.

Wowie kazowie! That looks like a very healthy pizza to me. I've never heard of banana peppers and fungus? Is that the mushrooms? lol
you should open a pizzaria! either that, or just sell wine. ;)

Yum. Unfortunately, I just gave up dairy 2 weeks ago, and even more unfortunately, my allergy symptoms have stopped. I say unfortunately, because had they not, I could rationalize going back to eating cheese. And ice cream. And cheese. ::sigh::
Michele sent me!

That pizza makes me hungry, but it is after midnight and not a good time to eat pizza or anything. So will have to pass.
Here from Michele.

Bam! Move over Emeril there's a new chef in town.

Seriously, great recipe post. The pics are super handy. The RIM is pretty hilarious. Looks good though. I'm sure it tasted as good as it looked.

I'm here via Blog Explosion, and I just wanted to say I like your site and I'm always happy when it pops up while surfing or in Battle of the Blogs or whatever.

Is that weird? It's probably weird. I think I'm just so tired of all the crappy blogs that I've decided I'm going to start commenting on all the ones I like.

Yeah. That's weird.

Marcia, you are the best wife ever. If you and Matt don't work out, can I marry you? Or maybe when you move here you can just invite me over for dinner :-).
