Back to Life as Usual in the Pink Shoe Household:

Matt: (Running away, throwing his hat on the ground) AHHHHH! I've got something in my eye!!

Marcia: (Looking up from her laptop) Huuuhhh?

Matt: (Splashing water furiously in his eyes) It's a little piece of cheese covered in Cholula *!

Honestly, at that point, I had nothing to say.

*Cholula is the hot sauce of choice in the Pink Shoe Household. As it should be in yours.

Chalulah is great as is the Louisiana Hot Sauce. They're the only two allowed in The Dungeon.

As (other) Susan would have said years ago - it's a Cholula with Cholula in his eye!

Um . . . I have nothing. Seriously, cheese in the eye?

Cholula is the only hot sauce allowed in my household. My husband adores it, and from now on, we will go to great lengths to prevent it from coming near our eyes.

And, sniff, sniff, I've come to terms with the fact that you were in the beloved valley, BUT we did not partake in any debauchery together. I guess I'll have to know something you don't know without you!

Poor Matt. Did you offer to pour milk in his eye? I wonder if that would have worked.

Ha! This reminds me of the time I licked my lips after de-bugging and realized I'd just eaten a Raid covered ant.

Sort of.

Except it has nothing to do with this story. Other than that it also burned.

At least he gave the porn stars of the world a small piece of retribution.

Oh, and I love Cholula as well, but Tabasco will always have my heart of hearts.

A friend of mine from college would stage elaborate telenovelas starring Cholula and her paramour, Tapatio in the dorm cafeteria.

Now her blog is gastronomy-101.blogspot.com Go figure...
