New Blogger

So, they finally made me do it. I had to upgrade to the new blogger.

Eh. I'm underwhelmed.

But. They now allow me to go add "categories" to my posts - something I actually think would be fun. Unfortunately, I don't know which categories to choose. I always liked that Miss Doxie had so few categories: General Whining, I Got Drunk and Bought Shoes Online, That Stupid Thing El Dukay Did, The Dogs (Or, Poop), The Innernet, and Times I Fell Down.

Now, first, I'm pissed that I didn't come up with those cute categories before she did. But. Then I realized that I could just have YOU all make up the categories for me. Brilliant, eh?

I was thinking: Craftiness, Chefess, Cute Animals, Cia's Life, Conspicuous Consumption, and Celebrities (Making Fun Of).

Those are NOT set in stone. Those are actually kinda silly. Those don't even have to be the subject matters of the categories. In fact, if you have a catgegory that you want to see MORE of, you should suggest it and I will maybe blog about it. Or blog about the fact that I don't want to blog about it. You know, the normal.

I want more shoe pictures.
And you should FOR SURE have a category for that.
"Pinkish Shoeness"

That was just off the top of my head.... I know it sucks... but there you have it.

Be forewarned, once you start down the road of cute categories, there's no going back. I have cute categories for about half my subject matter and am pretty much muddling through with the other half.

If you were going to buy a golf club, you wouldn't walk into a store and buy the first one you see, would you? Of course not; especially if you want to improve your golf game! You'll want to hold the club, take some practice swings, hit some balls if the store has a practice spot, and look at the price, of course. If you are considering buying running shoes, you need to go through a similar process and take the time to find the perfect shoe.
