I'm doing this tonight. I can't think of anything more fun (Except for the fun couple that Matt and I are going with! Or the fact that instead of 2 am, I get to see my husband at 6:30 pm! Because damn, big law pays well, but they will work you to the bone!).
UPDATE: Shit! The link is no longer active. But. It was a class at Artisanal, and where they paired cheese with Stoudt beer. And it was AWESOME.
